N. M. Korkunov (1854-1904) is -, one of the most representatives of the positivistic Jaw theory in Russia. His doctrine, is the first attempt to elaborate the sociological ·concept of law on the background of the philosophical positivism. The author envestiga-tes the Korkunov''s concept of the law as «the order of the social relations» and as the «delimitation of the interest». It the article are analysed the ideological and political aspects of Korkunov''s doctrine as manifest and theoretical credo of the right-wing liberal bourgeois in the Russia.
