Аннотация:

The results of experimental study of heat conditions of the growing a high-temperature optical single crystals by means of vertical directional crystallization method have been presented. Effect of the crystallization boundary movement on crystal growth rate as well as a possibility of changing the boundary initial position are shown. When the crystallization boundary is disposed from heater a significantly rising the output of growing unit takes place. Generalities obtained during high temperature crystals growing have a good agreement with experiments with model materials.
